ORA-03291: Invalid truncate option - missing STORAGE keyword

Users creating objects for development activity and come across below error message when truncating a table

ORA-03291: Invalid truncate option - missing STORAGE keyword

The truncate statement expects STORAGE keywork, either specify DROP STORAGE or REUSE STORAGE 

For ex:- SQL> truncate table dept drop storage ;
